    so true. i was using this not long ago (b4 i saw this clip) and it worked like crazy (in doubles). this is exactly why i’ve worked hard on my second serve, because any low rate 2nd serve can be attacked. i also use specific footwork patterns to enable me to move forward while hitting at the same time. this is very important too, because you want to get to the net asap.

    It is amazing how far in the returner is when he actually strikes the ball. What a huge advantage that gives the receivers, and certainly puts the returner in a much better position for the next shot. I will have to work on that one, because the benefits look well worth the effort to train myself to do this. Thanks for an excellent video to demonstrate this.

    Notice that on this video and the one on shading, the returning team won the point. These videos show that in doubles good team movement is a strategic weapon that can create breaks and win matches for you.
