I am going in to my second competitive season and often I find I am my own worst enemy in a match. I statrted playing tennis at 50 and althou I am very athletic and have played many different sports over the years, I find the mental game of tennis an unknown territory. It challenges me every time I am on the court. Thanks for the great advice.
