I always look like a penguin running backwards – for an overhead. This helps, plenty. Karen December 3, 2016 at 4:53 pm - Reply I did this during a match a couple of years ago and hit my head- luckily I was dazed by not damaged (although I did have to retire the match). I didn't realize until watching this video that this is exactly what happened (the part where my ankle collapsed and caused me to fall)- so I am sure I was going back exactly the wrong way. Now that I know, I will be much more aware of this! In 2013 I ruptured my patellar tendon falling baackwar and was slowed for 1 year. Ian Westermann December 1, 2016 at 12:07 pm - Reply Ouch! Hopefully you're now moving more correctly, Andy!
